Hello everyone, I was born and raised in Prince Edward Island and came to Alberta in 2007, This is my 3rd year here at Ponoka Community Golf Club my wife Cher and I are so pleased to be at the Club and a member of the community.
After a long career with DND I attended the Nova Scotia Agricultural College and completed my Turf Management Program I have worked at several other courses here in Alberta and in Nova Scotia.
The team here in the Turf Dept strives to provide the best conditions possible and we appreciate all the good complements we receive. But without feedback we cannot fix issues quickly so your suggestions are welcomed.
With the completion and opening of No 10 this completes our major projects for the next little while and the crew will be looking after smaller areas around greens and tee areas.
